Wracamy po chwili nieobecności. Dziś zajmiemy się:

 

Skanowaniem samochodów.

Skaner 3d jako narzędzie pomiarowe jest często wykorzystywane w branży samochodowej do skanowania części – sprawdzania czy spełniają standardy oraz czy są wykonane poprawnie. Ale czy można zeskanować cały samochód?

Wszystko tak naprawdę zależy od doświadczenia operatora oraz od wyobraźni zleceniodawcy. Nie raz skanowaliśmy całe samochody, nie tylko po to aby stworzyć model ale też dla potrzeb wydruku lub aby zamodelować pewne zmiany - jest szczególnie przydatne dla osób związanych z wyścigami samochodowymi.

Skanowanie przebiega podobnie jak w innych przypadkach. Stworzenie modelu parametrycznego zajmuje oczywiście odpowiednio dłużej ( w zależności od skomplikowania całego poszycia) jednak nie jest nie do wykonania.

Często skanujemy podzespoły samochodów w celu ich odtworzenia lub modyfikacji (otwory mocujące itp.)

Ważne jest aby sprecyzować co chcemy uzyskać:

Model parametryczny, czy może interesuje nas tylko bryła samochodu którą możemy wydrukować. Wszystko to determinuje sposób skanowania więc podjęcie odpowiedniej decyzji może obniżyć koszty.

3d scanner as a measurement device is often used in the automotive industry for scanning parts -checking if they fulfill standards and are properly made. But if you can scan the entire car?

Everything really depends on the operator's experience and the imagination of the customer. Not once we were scanned the entire car, not just to create a model but also for the printing or to model some changes - this is particularly useful for those people involved in motor racing.

Scanning is the same as in the other cases. Creating a parametric model is of course correspondingly longer (depending on the complexity of the shell), but it is not impossible. Frequently scan the car parts for their restoration or modification (holes, etc.)

 

It is important to clarify what we want to achieve:

 

Parametric model, or maybe we are interested with only solid car shell that can be printed. All this determines the way of scanning so taking an appropriate decision can reduce the costs.
